For those of you who just can't resist doing your own cooking, we stock a range of herbs and spices to give an extra kick to your dishes. Naturally, some of these do come from overseas, but we still aim to avoid air freighted produce.

January and February are well known for being the hardest on the pocket, but there is still plenty of local food around despite the cold.
