What we will do if there is any problem
If your deliver has not arrived by 5 pm call us so we can trace it. In the rare instance of late delivery or any damage, we will refund any damaged or spoiled items.
If your delivery appears damaged when delivered please state "box damaged and goods not inspected" when you sign.
Be reassured we have only ever had a small percentage of problems and the couriers are aware of how fragile and precious your cargo is. We use the number one business courier for our sector. Our historical record of succesful, problem free deliveries is over 99.5%.
